If you have any reasons to surrender your beloved dog (including the adopted dog from our rescue group), please contact us first before taking the dog to the shelter.
We ask you to fill out our owner surrender form first. We screen the form, visit your house for consulting and meet your dog. It does not mean we guarantee to take your dog into our rescue group but we try our best to help your situation.
